"Lights, Cameras, Action!" at the Christian Filmmaker's Academy

The 2009 Christian Filmmaker's Academy kicked off this morning at 10:00 a.m. with introductions from faculty members and special guests Doug Phillips, Geoff Botkin, Voddie Baucham, Isaac Botkin, and Jim Broyden. From there we launched into a foundational discussion on "Biblical Worldview and the Theology of Christian Filmmaking."

Over the next three days attendees will get a crash course in biblical worldview for film-making along with special instruction in science fiction, stunts, violence in film, and composition.

I'm very grateful for the men on my Video team who are helping to run the I-MAG, mixing station, and other AV for the event.

Thank you, Nathaniel for posting the pictures. We have two daughters and a son there now for the academy, and another son heading out for the festival tomorrow. It is good to see a little more of what you are doing.
Your blog is an ongoing blessing.
Thank You!
